Group Payee Steps

As Group Payee, please complete these 3 Steps as soon as possible:

Step 1

Complete the payment for your group here (copy and paste):

  • https://leadershiftuccan.org/register/ltc-group3

 

Step 2

Email the ‘Participant Information Form’ link (copy and paste) to each member of your group:

  • https://leadershiftuccan.org/register/ltc-2023-reg-info-only

(Note: Add to Cart to Register for $0.00. You will not be promoted to pay, but you must complete ‘Checkout’ for your registration to be received.)

Complete the same ‘Participant Information Form’ (above) for yourself, if you are also attending.

Keep an up-to-date list of those to whom you have given the ‘Participant Information Form’ link, incase we need to cross reference the Registrar’s received forms.
