Loon Lake Retreat Centre

Golden Ear's Provincial Park

Lake Retreat Centre is a destination for quiet reflection, fresh air, clean water, and tall fir trees. Dan & Tonya White will be facilitating a deep, soulful retreat to help us rest, refresh, and recalibrate the heart of our leadership

Retreat Overview

  • 8 GROUP COACHING CALLS

  • 1 RENEWAL RETREAT

  • 24 WEEKLY ARTICLES & REFLECTIONS

  • 4 TRAINING WEBINARS

  • 7 TRANSFORMATIONAL TOOLS

4 Competencies

This Renewal and Revitalization Cohort is based on the development of 4 Core Competencies. Each competency is coached, nurtured, and measured for genuine growth. A Health & Wholeness Assessment Test will be used to help us discern where the growth edge is for each of us.

NAMING & ENGAGING PAIN

Understanding our story and the ways we’ve internalized pain is essential to healthy leadership. We will spend 7 weeks discerning the unique ways we have carried hurt, fatigue, and anxiety.

AWARENESS & AWAKENING

How do we lead? How are we experienced? What is our impact on those around us? These shadows often stay hidden from us. It is a gift to grow in self-awareness and seek transformation.

LOSS, LIMITS, & LAMENT

We are humans not machines. When we live as machines, wemsupersede our limits and over-function. We must find our being in God—and develop a keen sense of boundaries and our limits.

WHOLENESS & HABITS

What have we discovered about ourselves? Together, we will discern new habits and practices for sustainability in our ministries. We will own our agency to step into ‘new creation’.
