Whether attempting to reach a congregation during a pandemic or reaching out to a broader audience to help the world live in greater love, video can be an amazing tool. Many of us have come to appreciate all that goes into making a video and just how daunting each step can be--not least of these is the editing, which can easily eat up half the time to make a video. With some solid planning, a touch of creativity, and the right tools, video editing can be a lot less daunting - and even good fun!

About Rev Greg Powell
Greg is the Lead Planter in the Westshore area outside Victoria, on the traditional territory of the Lekwungen-speaking peoples. The Westshore Community of Practice focuses on spiritual practices and wild-church types of activities. Greg and his 6-year-old daughter, Eliana, host the YouTube channel Spiritual Practices with Eliana and Greg, which is an effort to teach practices to all ages during the pandemic. Greg started from scratch and is still climbing a steep learning curve in terms of video production, but now knows enough to be dangerous with a camera and microphone.
