Join Rev Clara King and clergy colleagues, for an online cohort learning and practicing the art of Adaptive Leadership.
The cohort will meet via Zoom for two hours, once per month, for five months, from February to June 2026. Time together will include teaching/coaching and small group discussion.
You will also receive one private coaching session with Clara King per month, to explore your own particular adaptive leadership challenges and context!
Cohort gatherings will meet the 2nd Wednesday of the month, 10am-12pm (Pacific), 11am-1pm (Mountain):
February 11, March 11, April 8, May 13, June 10, 2026.

The Rev. Clara King is an ordained priest in the Anglican Diocese of Calgary, and a PhD Candidate at Fuller Theological Seminary in California. For twenty years, Clara has used adaptive leadership in congregations and regional ministry, as a church consultant, and leadership coach. She has taught adaptive leadership for clergy and lay leaders in Canada and the United States since 2018. Clara taught Leading Adaptively through the EDGE Network with the United Church of Canada, and is a teacher and mentor in the Leader’s Way Program for clergy at Yale Divinity School. Clara's PhD research focuses on the most effective way to teach adaptive leadership to clergy.
