Join Susan Nienaber of Leaderwise (and formerly with The Alban Institute), and clergy colleagues, for an online cohort exploring leading through conflict in effective and faithful ways.
The cohort will meet via Zoom for two hours, once per month, for six months, from January to June 2026. Time together will include teaching/coaching, small group discussion, and exploration of your current challenges with conflict.
Cohort gatherings will meet the 3rd Tuesday of the month, 1-3 pm Pacific), 2-4 pm (Mountain):
January 20, February 17, March 17, April 21, May 19, June 16.

Susan Nienaber, MDiv., LMFT, is a licensed marriage and family therapist, consultant, mediator and ordained clergyperson. From 2004 until 2014, Susan was a senior consultant with The Alban Institute in Washington, D.C. working with hundreds of organizations across the U.S. and Canada.
Susan currently provides psychotherapy, coaching and consultant services. In addition, she writes, lectures and leads training workshops and retreats on managing conflict and change, fostering health and well-being of leaders, professional ethics and boundaries, the use of dialogue in organizations, developing staff for success, coaching leaders, and revitalizing organizations.
