Adaptive challenges confront us on all sides. Adaptive leadership is a set of skills to help your congregation face those challenges and find new life. But there is a big difference between knowing about adaptive leadership and being able to put it into practice.

This 5-month program helps to bridge that gap, helping you learn to lead adaptively in your context, in response to the challenges that your faith community is facing, specifically. Combining cutting-edge material from noted leadership educator Clara King, together with transformative group process and personalized 1:1 coaching, this program will encourage you, inspire you, and support you in the good, hard work of faithful leadership, wherever you are.

This 5-Month Program Includes:

- Highly interactive monthly zoom meeting, including adaptive leadership teaching and breakout discussions with a consistent small group

- Monthly one-to-one coaching sessions with Clara to workshop specific adaptive challenges in your context, and integrate learning with your leadership practice

Cohort gatherings will meet the 2nd Wednesday of the month, 10am-12pm (Pacific), 11am-1pm (Mountain): February 11, March 11, April 8, May 13, June 10, 2026.
