Meeting via Zoom, for a two hour session, once per month, for five months, February to June 2026. Also includes a monthly private coaching session with Clara.

The Rev. Clara King is an ordained priest in the Anglican Diocese of Calgary, and a PhD Candidate at Fuller Theological Seminary in California. For twenty years, Clara has used adaptive leadership in congregations and regional ministry, as a church consultant, and leadership coach. She has taught adaptive leadership for clergy and lay leaders in Canada and the United States since 2018. She taught Leading Adaptively through the EDGE Network with the United Church of Canada, and is a teacher and mentor in the Leader’s Way Program for clergy at Yale Divinity School. Clara's PhD research focuses on the most effective way to teach adaptive leadership to clergy.
