February saw the first group of LeaderShift’s 2020 Mental Health First Aid Trainings - in Victoria, Courtenay, and Nanaimo. Many people shared positive feedback about their experience of the training, and we’re happy to share this note from Phil, who was part of the Feb 5 & 6th cohort in Victoria BC.
