WHY THIS WORKSHOP SERIES

There are as many different questions about moving into a hybrid model as there are communities of faith! Over the past few months as faith leaders look to the medium-term future, LeaderShift team members have heard some common wonderings come up time and time again. We want to give people with like-curiosity a chance to come together, learn from an expert in that area, and listen/brainstorm with one another.

• Chose only what’s relevant to your setting, to allow for as many leaders to attend as possible

Each workshop is limited to 20 participants to allow for meaningful engagement with the materials. You’re encouraged to register for the one Question Topic that’s most relevant to you and your community, in order to leave room in the other workshops for those who need specific guidance.

Drop in to this weekly conversation hosted by Rev Andria Irwin (United Online) and Rev Randy Boyd (Rural Connect) to ask any of your pressing questions around a shift to integrated inperson/online minsitry. Technical questions, theological questions and questions like "how can I convince people to volunteer?" are all on the table.

Festival of Faith

• LeaderShift will be a sponsor for the Northern and Cariboo event delayed due to pandemic. Planning committee is working on this offering now!

Renewing Leadership

Okokon Udon and Deborah Rundlet, music & worship Dawn Pemberton and Bev Brazier. A two-night retreat for you to spend time realigning around your essential call, competencies, character. This interactive small group retreat was postponed during the pandemic. We’ve shifted it from an online to an in-person retreat.

Wild Church and Land-based Experience Leader Training

hosted by Wild Church BC team with primary leadership from Victoria Loorz, one of founders of Wild Church and the Seminary of the Wild. A time of deepening practice and developing skill to host your own Wild Church in your local area.
